At Osmara Atelier, each curation and experience requires significant time, research, and preparation—from sourcing materials to designing an intentionally immersive environment.

Because of the highly customized and limited nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds.

When you request access, book an experience, or place an order, you are securing a spot in an intentionally small batch or a private booking.

This policy protects availability and honors the time, labor, and materials already invested.

Note: Accounts that remain inactive for two full quarters will be removed, and no further charges will be applied.

We encourage all clients to review offering details carefully and reach out with questions prior to committing.

Safety & Sensitivity

At Osmara Atelier, sensory experiences and aromatic materials are deeply personal. Factors like skin chemistry, environment, and mood can influence how a composition is perceived.

For private members and custom commissions, we take time to understand preferences and sensitivities. For other offerings, we prioritize materials known for low irritant profiles when possible.

Because we are not the original creators of every aromatic composition, we cannot guarantee how a product will perform on your skin. Always patch test on a small area before full use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
