Owner delivery must be requested and approved.
Scent Bytes reserves the right to cancel delivery to unsafe or uncomfortable environments. Inappropriate behavior voids delivery and may restrict future service.

Memberships are non-refundable, as each slot is limited.
Memberships may be transferred or gifted upon request.
Accounts that remain inactive for two full quarters will be removed, and no further charges will be applied.

This is why each cycle, we spotlight one hidden artisan or fragrance house. Our members receive first access, but select creations become available to the public afterward.
You will always have the option to buy directly from our featured house, however we cannot guarantee availability or any discounts they may offer.
